  17. Wherever have you been?  There's been several .sdls and ROM updates
  18. (upgrades to V34+ even) for USR's, several FlashROM updates for Supra,
  19. and a ROM update for Zoom, etc

  24. Rockwell make the chipset for the last two (and more besides).  Firmware
  25. updates are the responsibility of the OEM.  If you go for an "el-cheeepo"
  26. then don't be surprised if you don't get the same level of support that a
  27. serious modem maker gives
